The general perception is when we go to a dark place or with ignorance, referring to be in the dark about something. The state to be in dark is the state of ignorance. This is the beginning state of to be wise or beginning of “Enlightenment”. When we learn something new, it lighten us up.

In 11 days retreat with Braham Yoga, you get the chance to see your darkness intensely and how to celebrate your darkness and welcome full moon of your consciousness’

Braham Yoga retreat is going to be an 11 days event. Accommodation for this special event is going to be available for 12 nights. For the first 3 days, the student is going to enjoy complete body detoxification along with yoga and active meditation and Ayurvedic treatments. For the next 5 days, the students are going to participate in the night a breathing meditation sessions which start at 10 pm finish at 4 am. Last 3 nights’ full moon meditation and breathing techniques retreat end on a full moon with the celebration of your darkness. People joining the program are also going to get three meals on a given day.
