The yoga means to unit Your consciousness to Supreme consciousness, to wich some say The GOD or The DIVINE. There are several path to achieve that by various forms of Yoga. Hath Yoga, Astang Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raj Yoga, Gyan Yoga, Luy Yoga, Bhakhti Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Nad Yoga & Tantra Yoga are main path to achieve that.
One has to choose own path as per his/her liking & comfortability etc.
